We ship UPS, USPS and DHL here at Disco x Lux! We are based in California & we ship worldwide baby!
Shipping carrier selected at checkout does not negate processing time window. This is the timeframe in which your package will ship once it leaves Disco x Lux.
All orders shipped out through Disco x Lux come with insurance. We want your pieces to arrive safely to their new fairy homes! :) We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our possession, so make sure to stay updated through your tracking number so you know when it arrives!
For all international orders, you can select between UPS, USPS and DHL Express. Duties are not included within shipment cost & the customer is responsible for these costs upon package arrival.
All shipping providers give an estimate of the timeframe in which your package will arrive. These times are subject to change due to circumstances out of our control here at Disco! Once the package has left our studio, it is best to contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout to locate or track your package.
If an error in delivery occurs and your package is shipped backed to us, we will contact you & invoice you for a new shipping label. Please make your the address/phone number you input at checkout is accurate. If you need to change your shipping address after purchase, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you receive your tracking number it may take 7-14 days to be dropped off at the post office. This is because we do drop offs in big batches. If you would like a signature requirement upon arrival, please email us at email@example.com & we can set something up for you!
